Perfect for cutting marble, stone and smalti, ideal for making precision cuts for mosaic. Cutting blades close with 1 ton pressure, it takes very little effort to cut, much easier and accurate cuts compared to hammer-hardy. Final design considerably improved. Our design uses blades with sharper and much harder cobalt high speed replaceable blades. now we can cut harder stones and smalti for precision work. Blades are 3/4" wide. Price is $490, extra blades are $40 each set, blades can be sharpened several times if needed. USPO handling, shipping and insurance is $50. The hand chopper is designed to cut material into very small pieces for micro mosaic. This an improvement on the standard wheel cutter for accuracy and holding the material that you are cutting. The blades are made of carbide and sharpened in a diamond wheel, they should not need sharpening under normal use. It is good for material less than 5mm or 3/16” and it is the easiest to use. It has been redesigned on July 2018. The price for the hand chopper is $120. The blades have two cutting ends and can be replaced if needed for $50/set.
